Prices per apartment and night and are added of tourist tax of € 1,10/person/day. Children till 14 years are free.
From 01.01.2018 the tourist tax will be of € 1,40/person/day. Children till 14 years are free.

Conditions
- General terms and conditions
- The prices are intended per day per apartment for a minimum stay of 3 nights. The tourist tax (except children up to 14 years) is not included in the price.
- For fixing the reservation we take a deposit of 30% of the entire payment.The reservatione is fixed by arrival of the required deposit.
- For late arrivals, early departures or other changes to the reservation, entire payment will still be required.
- Final payment upon arrival or the evening before departure.
- Tourist tax is of € 2,30/person/day. Kids till 14 years are free.
- Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Check-out: within 9.00 am

- Cancellations: Cancellation policies are based on the general terms and conditions applied for the hotel sector (AGBH 2006)
- are as follows:
- up to 90days before arrival day no cancellation penality (sestitution of deposit up to 80%)
- from 60days to 30days before arrival day cancellation penality = 50% of the total amount per accomodation unit
- arrival day
- from 30days to 7days before arrival day cancelation penality = 80% of the total amount per accomodation unit
- arrival day
- In the last 7days before arrival day cancellation penality = 100% of the total amount per accomodation unit
- Prices include IVA, bed linen and towels (changed weekly), water, heating, electricity, parking, ski room with ski boot heater, storage room for bicycles, WI-FI.
- Reservation will be confirmed via email upon receipt of deposit of about 20% of the total amount.
- For a stay of less than 3 days we charge a fee of € 40,00 final cleaning.
- Final Payment – cash, bank transfer before arrival, credit card or EC card.
- Our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only outside on balcony. Thank you for your understanding.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Laundry Service (€ 5,00 for each wash).
